The AWFS taught us a few things about the Ritter brand. Here are a few of the sentiments that were most often repeated:

  1. Our customers are fed up with wimpy counterbore / pocket hole machines. We had countless customers stop in to see our HEAVY DUTY R200 or R220 Counterbore Tubs. Each of them mentioned issues with their current machine and wanted something built for production like our Ritter models.   3. Our customers want to support American built machinery. You all told us time and time again that you want to have equipment that is heavy duty and built here in your back yard. We are proud to be an American manufacturer and we plan to stay that way.
